Patricia Fersch
Ms. Fersch has worked exclusively in family and matrimonial law for nearly three decades. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the 2010 Partner in Justice Award, the 2015 Hanna S. Cohn Pro Bono Award from the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York and the FamilyKind Service Award. Ms. Fersch has also been selected for inclusion in New York Super Lawyers every year since 2014.
Maxine F. Donskoi
Ms. Donskoi has been practicing matrimonial and family law exclusively since being admitted into the New York State Bar over a decade ago. She has experience advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including representing clients in family court and supreme court matters, and negotiating and drafting prenuptial, postnuptial, separation, and settlement agreements. She received the 2016 Client Satisfaction Award from the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. Ms. Donskoi has also been selected for inclusion in New York Rising Stars every year since 2014.
Meryl A. Hoeft
Ms. Hoeft has spent a decade in family law representing clients in the family courts and supreme courts of New York City and the surrounding counties as well as litigating appeals before the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division. She has been selected for inclusion in New York Rising Stars every year since 2016.
Shane Duffy
Shane Duffy, is an associate attorney at Fersch LLC. Shane was virtually admitted to the New York State Bar in June 2020. Shane earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from Mercy College, where he graduated with honors. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Family Law Section).
