Our lowest hourly rate for Family Court is $75* per hour, while our highest rate is $400 per hour.** For Supreme Court cases, our lowest hourly rate is $100* per hour, while our highest rate is $500 per hour.** A normal retainer is 15 hours in a contested family court case and 25 hours in a contested matrimonial case.
